Dear Partner,
WVADS, Inc. has received a grant from the All One Foundation to create a Resource Hub to help assist those with human service needs. The Resource Hub will be an online, central location for resources and will include various videos and other sources of information. The purpose of the Resource Hub is to provide help for anyone who needs to locate information on topics related to substance abuse disorder or locate human services agencies with just a click or two-24 hours a day, seven days a week.
On behalf of myself as the project leader and the individuals on the Resource Hub steering committee, I am asking for your assistance so that we can add your organization’s information in the Hub free of charge. That’s right … free. Please go to the link below and add your organization’s information. If your organization has more than one location, we would appreciate ensuring that someone is assigned to handle each listing.
You will remain the contact person for your organization for annual review of the information to be certain it’s accurate. We may also send information for you to share with your clients and community to promote this website. If you prefer that someone else is our contact, just let us know, and we’ll make the change.
Please direct any changes or questions to Jason Harlen of WVADS, Inc. at 570-820-8888. Jason’s email is jharlen@neparesourcehub.org
Information collected on the above website will be imported into the searchable website that’s currently under development. We expect it to go live in six to eight months and will notify you when it does. In addition, we are collaborating with over fifteen partners who sit on our subcommittee in relation to this grant. These partners assist us with ideas and guidance. Seven counties are represented on the sub committee.
Your help will enable us to create a practical multi-county resource for the people who need it most.
Again, this is at no cost to you. I am confident when all is said and done you will be impressed with the information and resources available to assist you. Thank you for helping us and making this an effective tool for those we all serve.
Sincerely,
Jason Harlen, MA, CADC CEO
